Three months into the closure of both Disney theme parks in the United States and still a little under a month to go until reopening, we’re chomping at the bit for the next scan of our Annual Passports at the gate. Have you handled your annual passport refund yet? And if you’re a Premier passport holder, how will Disney be compensating guests for the one week Walt Disney World is open while Disneyland is closed? We get answers to these questions by ringing Disney customer service.

Tune into our phonecall and hear all the available options for your annual pass in our latest video.

If you’re ready to make your phone call you can ring Disney annual passholder services at 1(800) 410-4656 (the line is open from 8 AM to 8 PM.) For more reading, find the official guidance from Disney here.  If you haven’t called yet the window for refunds is closing – so pick up the phone and select your preferred option!
