Here’s What We’re Most Excited to Try at the 2022 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival

About

The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is back in 2022, bringing new seasonal food and beverage items to the Disneyland Resort. Disney Parks Blog just released the foodie guide to the 2022 food and wine fest at DCA (which runs from March 4 through April 26), and to say we’re excited is a huge understatement.

Today, we’re talking all the must-try items at this year’s event! Here’s what we’re eyeing so far.

  • Petite Avocado Impossible Burger with dairy-free pepper jack from Avocado Time — These hit every year!
  • Frozen Guacamole, also from Avocado Time — This could be a total disaster or totally delicious, but we’re down to try it.
  • Snickers Caramel-Peanut Milk Chocolate Mickey Macaron from Nuts About Cheese — Sign us up!
  • Chile Relleno Empanada with arbol pepper salsa and Oaxaca and Cotija cheeses from Peppers Cali-Ente — If this is anything like the empanada from the “Encanto” booth at EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts this year, we know we’re in for a treat.
  • Ranch Wings with hot sauce drizzle from Cluck-A-Doodle Moo — We will never say no to more Disneyland wings.
  • Rosemary Bitter Orange Mule from Garlic Kissed — We really want to try this boozy beverage!
  • Glazed BBQ Pork Belly with furikake-togarashi mac salad from L.A. Style — Calling it now, this will be a huge hit this year.
  • Gyro-inspired Flatbread, also from L.A. Style — Hopefully, this one doesn’t disappoint.
  • Specialty Churros from Willie’s Churros on Buena Vista Street and the Churro Cart near Redwood Creek Challenge Trail — A maple bacon churro and a mango churro? Yes, please.
  • Pepperoni Pizza Slider from Smokejumpers Grill — Need we say more?
  • Blue Peach-Basil Cocktail from Lamplight Lounge Boardwalk Dining — We hope this is as delicious as it is Insta-worthy.
  • Cookies and Cream Donuts from Lamplight Lounge — The seasonal donuts are always a hit at Lamplight, so we’re stoked about these.
  • Mushroom Bao from Lucky Fortune Cookery — Every time Disney releases a new bao, we know we’ll get it. It’s a given.
  • Raspberry Spiral Ration from Terran Treats — As if we needed another reason to try the food at Avengers Campus!

Okay, so our list of must-try snacks is pretty long, but for good reason. Disney always brings it with the festival food, and Food & Wine season is one of our favorites at DCA. Is it March 4th yet?!

Follow us on TikTok as we review the festival starting next week. It’s time to get our grub on!
