Loki fever is in the air! Between the explosive season finale of the show, the opening of Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure, and our first MCU movie drop in 2 years, 2021 has been a fantastic year for Marvel fans. If your fandom is stronger than ever right now – I’m right there with you. Personally, I’ve been so inspired by the time I’ve spent eating, drinking, and hanging out with the heroes at Avengers Campus. All those hours have translated to a whole lot of Marvel Disneybounds for me, and of course, an updated fall wishlist.
Today I’m sharing what’s ended up on my Marvel shopping list. I’ve curated the list down to my favorite picks – you can hit the “add to cart” button for yourself or keep ‘em in mind for gifts for the ultimate Marvel fan in your life. Wishlist Avengers…assemble!
#1 LOVEPOP MARVEL POP UP CARDS
I stumbled upon LovePop cards last year, and I’ve been obsessed with them ever since. The cards are incredibly detailed and deliver serious Marvel-worthy “wow” factor. You can have the cards personalized with your own photos or text for an additional $5 so they’re ready to mail straight to the Marvel fan in your life. My favorite of the bunch has to be the “Spider-Man: You’re Amazing!” pop up card. While most greeting cards will end up heading straight to the trash after reading, LovePop cards will earn a spot on the mantle – it’s fairer to call these works of art than compare them to old-school gift cards (seriously). Score 5 cards for $50 and store ‘em for the perfect moment.
MY PICKS:
- Iron Man 3D Card
- Captain Marvel 3D Card
- Black Panther 3D Card
- I Am Groot! 3D Card
- Spider-Man: You’re Amazing! Card
#2 CAPTAIN AMERICA MARVEL PENDANT
Subtle superhero accents? Heck yes! I discovered this fabulous Captain Marvel necklace while putting together my Avengers Campus opening day look. This necklace is the perfect “if you know, you know” touch to complete any outfit. Unlike a lot of the other charm necklaces on the market, the pendant here is large enough to be clearly readable as the Captain Marvel logo. Disneybound or every day ready!
#3 MARVEL EAT THE UNIVERSE: THE OFFICIAL COOKBOOK
I live for a themed movie night and no evening spent at home is complete without a homecooked meal. Delve into the sometimes crazy world of Marvel cooking with Food Network chef Justin Warner in Marvel Eat the Universe: The Official Cookbook. I’ve cooked up several dishes from the book for Avengers marathon movie nights and they’re always crowd-pleasers. As a word of warning, these recipes are sometimes time-consuming, so amateur chefs approach the cookbook with caution.
#4 MARVEL JEAN JACKET
This month I finally pulled the trigger on the OurUniverse Marvel jean jacket! The jacket is an oversized 90s style jean jacket with a great relaxed fit for any silhouette (I’m wearing a size small.) You really can’t go wrong styling this one – pair it with any of your favorite leggings or skirts. And while the $80 price tag may seem steep at first, this denim is tough enough to stand up to a few scuffles with Black Widow’s newest foes.
