Disney Genie+ is the new paid version of FastPass at Walt Disney World Resort, but there are a few intricacies you’ve got to know to take advantage of it.
We’ve got a whole post on what to know before you buy Disney Genie+ (which costs $15 per person, per day at Disney World!), but today, we’re sharing a helpful reminder for those who want to sleep in a little on their vacation.
If you’re staying at a Disney hotel, you can snag your ride reservations through Disney Genie+ at 7 a.m. each morning, before the theme parks open for the day. But what happens if you oversleep? Not to worry, because whether you’re staying at a Disney hotel or not, you can still make Disney Genie+ ride reservations right at park opening. So, you’ve got a second chance to get those Lightning Lane passes for your must-do rides once the theme parks open for the day, just in case you missed the 7 a.m. booking window!
