What goes better with a movie marathon than a heaping tub of delicious popcorn?! We’ve got the perfect pairing for your next Disney movie night, a kettlecorn that beats even the stuff inside the parks! Don’t be intimidated by the idea of making popcorn at home – this recipe is incredibly simple and bonus: it won’t cost you $5.75 a box! We swear you’ve never had popcorn like this before!
ULTIMATE DISNEY MOVIE KETTLECORN
To Make the Kettle Corn

3 tablespoons canola oil

1/4 cup popcorn kernels

1 tbsp sugar
TOPPINGS

1 cup Corn Pops (cereal)

2 tbsp furikake – Japanese rice seasoning

1 tsp red pepper flakes
-
4 tbsp chopped dried pineapple
-
3 strips chopped crisp bacon
-
3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

3 tablespoons minced chives
-
Black pepper & salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the canola oil over medium high heat in a large pot with a tight fitting lid. Add the corn kernels and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Place the lid over the pan.

The popcorn will begin popping. Once or twice, lift the pot and shake it. Once the popping slows, remove the pot from heat and place the popcorn into a large bowl.

Add the chives, Corn Pops, furikake, red pepper flakes, dried pineapple, and bacon. Drizzle the melted butter over the mixture immediately before serving. Add salt and pepper to taste.
