This Week’s Biggest Disney World Updates

Are you heading to Walt Disney World anytime soon? Then we’ve got some updates for you. Here are the biggest Walt Disney World news stories this week!

First up, we got confirmation that the new Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind roller coaster is opening at EPCOT on May 27, and there will be previews for pretty much everyone! Details here.

Also at EPCOT, details for the 2022 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival were released. The festival will run from July 14 through November 19 and there will be over 25 food booths to experience — check it out!

Over at the resorts, Disney’s All-Star Sports finally reopened, which is awesome, because it means that all of the hotels at Walt Disney World are officially back in business. We also got word that the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue will be back at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground starting June 23.

Finally, we’re two weeks out from character meet and greets returning to the parks on April 18. Guests will be able to get hugs and autographs from their favorite characters, including Mickey Mouse.
