Visiting Disney World? Here’s the Current COVID Policy

About

Amid the ongoing pandemic and varying COVID policies across the U.S., many travelers are wondering what’s currently required (and not required) at theme parks like Disney and Universal. But what’s the deal with face masks and vaccine requirements at Disney?

If you’re traveling to Walt Disney World in Florida anytime soon, this is what you need to know about the current COVID-19 policies.

At this time, you do not need proof of COVID vaccination or negative COVID test result in order to visit the Disney World theme parks. Disney is asking all guests age 2 and up who are unvaccinated to wear their face masks at all times, both indoors and outdoors, but this is based on the honor system. No matter what, though, everyone regardless of vaccination status is required to mask up in all indoor locations and on all forms of Disney transportation. So if you’re heading to Walt Disney World, pack plenty of masks!

The same rules apply at Disneyland Resort in California, which you can see here.
