Since beginning phased reopening on July 11th, many of our favorite Walt Disney World entertainment options have been slowly returning. While the news has been filled with information about closures and layoffs there are a select few entertainment options returning to WDW!
Get Your Golf On
It was recently announced that the Winter Summerland Miniature Golf course at Blizzard Beach will be reopening on November 6th. This family friendly course features Santa and his elves on two 18-hole adventures. While the Winter Summerland course is open, the Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf course will be unavailable.
Pro-Tip: We recommend making a reservation!
Dance The Day Away
Groups with small children visiting Hollywood Studios should be sure to check out the Disney Junior Play and Dance party. This performance is held throughout the day in the Animation Courtyard and features songs from popular Disney Junior TV shows and appearances from Disney Junior stars. You may even get to see Mickey Mouse!
Hang With The Birds
If you are visiting Animal Kingdom you don’t want to miss Feathered Friends in Flight at the Caravan Stage. In this show you will get to see animal behavior specialists care and train a few of the birds that call the Animal Kingdom home. Currently, this show runs five times a day.
Sing With Anna and Elsa
Last, but most definitely not least, our favorite sisters from Arendelle returned to Hollywood Studios on October 5th! If you are visiting the parks the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration needs to be on your must do list! Not only do you get to see two of our favorite princesses, but you will get to sing-along to a fun retelling of the first Frozen movie – and you are definitely in for a laugh! You can catch this show eight times a day.
